Getting Back Into It

Life is funny in the ways that it works. Along with getting back into the groove of things, life has thrown some pretty awful things our way recently. I’ve felt like I’ve been tested a lot the past year, and had a lot of things happen to me that were crucial to my character development. I will be making some hard decisions in the next couple of weeks and I will need to work on presenting myself in a confident, respectful manner if I want things to go my way. I will get into that stuff if it happens, and if it does I will have some really exciting news to share. So, fingers crossed.

After quite a few months of feeling exhausted and hecka stressed out, I’m finally getting back into the groove of my schedule and figuring things out. That means that I am getting better at finding time for blogging! If you hadn’t noticed, I’ve posted three scheduled days in a row now. I also went and bought an iPad so it is easier for me to sit in bed and write at the end of the day because obviously an iPad takes up way less space than a computer. Plus I think it will come in handy when I start my graphic design classes, so I’m excited and ready to learn new things and really start making money and living my best life.

Now that I am past the 50 posts mark, I am hoping to start using my blog to promote people’s businesses, promote other bloggers, and make some money. If you are interested in writing a guest post on my blog to add some back links to your site, let me know and I will be happy to oblige. To business owners, if you are interested in “sponsoring a post” please check out the services page I will be adding later this week.
Life after school has been weird and to be perfectly honest, I cannot wait to begin my graphic design course, I think it is going to be really good for me and good for what I want to do in life. Also, I have found my Instagram is growing quite a lot recently. Like almost 200 followers in a couple weeks kind of a lot. So, hopefully we can keep up with that and continue to grow that much every month. That would be amazing.

I think that I really and truly have found my passion in life and I really hope that is portrayed in my writing. I have some blogs planned in the next couple of months that I think will show off my writing style and kind of let me explore different avenues of writing and things that I might enjoy.

In my “spare time” I am going to start writing a YA novel. I have had an idea in my mind for this novel for the past year or so and I think it is finally time that I start to bring my characters to life, so if you would like updates on that, let me know. I will always be looking for readers for opinions and things. Right now, it is still in the planning and outlining phases, but I think it is going to be pretty good once I get it figured out. I’ve spent a lot of time on the Writing subreddit to say the least. Trying to find advice, tips, tricks, anything because I am already feeling fairly overwhelmed about it.

This is literally just another post of me complaining and crying about how much I’m working and how I wish school would start but I just don’t know what to write about for now, except that I am feeling that itch again that just doesn’t want to go away. Wish me luck.

XOXO Ken
